40ml Bimber Blackcurrant Infused Vodka
15ml Fresh lemon juice
40ml Pear juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Garnish: Redcurrant sprig with lime slice.
Method:Frost the rim of a cocktail glass by moistening with some lemon juice and pressing into sugar. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake it until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker and carefully pour the drink into the centre of the glass so that the frosting remains intact. Garnish with fresh redcurrant and lime slice.
