15ml Bimber Blackberry Infused Vodka
15ml Lemon juice
1 Bar spoon of blackberry puree
1 Bar spoon of Carpano Antica formula
Top up with Champagne
Garnish: Redcurrant with a coating of icing sugar
Method: Pour Bimber Blackberry Infused Vodka, lemon, puree, vermouth, sugar syrup and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake it for 15-20 second and pour it into a Champagne flute. Top up with champagne and garnish to serve.
