40ml Bimber Blackcurrant Infused Vodka
15ml Simple Syrup
80ml Pineapple Juice
Method: Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and pour over the Blackcurrant Vodka, rum, simple syrup and pineapple juice. Shake until a frost forms, then pour without training into a highball glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple.
