This single cask release has been drawn from a single oloroso sherry cask. The result merges glorious sweet Spanish sherry with our fruit-forward London single malt style into a perfect marriage.  
 
Nose: A beautiful opening of succulent red berry pavlova, syrup-drizzled sponge cake and chocolate wafers. In time – soft ginger cake and a dusting of fine cinnamon spice.
 
Palate: Full-bodied and offering an arrival of chocolate-covered strawberries, redcurrants and cigar wrappers. The mid-palate develops notes of zesty oranges and freshly picked mango, supported by nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon. 
 
Finish: Long with mentholated oak, maple syrupy and fading berry fruits.
