AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use this site. Persons under such legal purchasing age or who reside in a jurisdiction where the sale, consumption and/or advertising of alcohol is not permitted, should not use the site in any way.
BY JOINING YOU CONFIRM TO BE OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE IN YOUR COUNTRY. IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL ALCOHOL TO ANYONE UNDER THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE OF YOUR COUNTRY AND IT IS AN OFFENCE TO ATTEMPT TO BUY ALCOHOL IF YOU ARE UNDER THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE OF YOUR COUNTRY.

DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS
Only one discount code/offer can be used at any given time. Free delivery is available to UK mainland only and a minimum order of £100.00 applies
The members' 10% discount code is only available to members of Bimber Klub and Founder member.
The 10% discount code is valid after you purchase Bimber Klub membership and following approvable by Bimber Distillery. The 10% discount cannot be used at the same time as you purchase your Bimber Klub membership.
Founder and Klub members receive a 10% discount on online orders made through www.bimberdistillery.co.uk. Exclusions: Distillery tours; distillery exclusive releases; any face-to-face distillery purchase and any special/collaborative releases.
The discount code not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse services or to sell our product to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate and copy of any content on this site, without express written permission from Bimber Distillery.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to make orders. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
Bimber Distillery does not guarantee that all the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through this website. These products or services may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the online shop. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be 100% accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any products and/or services at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The imports of goods from the United Kingdom may be subject to local taxes and tariffs.
Bimber Distillery is not responsible for customs clearance. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details of costs and procedures.
By placing your order, you agree to be responsible for the customs clearance for the goods purchased. If you refuse to pay the customs charges the parcel will be returned to us and you may be liable to pay additional shipping charges to cover this additional fee. Please allow 21 working days for any refunds.
As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported.
Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at ports for customs purposes and that we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering.
Please note that additional delivery charges will apply for the below regions: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland - we may contact customers directly for any additional delivery charges.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the product/service is inaccurate at any time (including after you have submitted your order).
DISTILLERY TOURS
Please do not arrive at a distillery expecting to redeem your gift voucher without first making a booking with Bimber office.
All attendees on our tours will have to sign a waiver form in advance of their tour. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend distillery tours. If you need to cancel a tour booking, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice in order to receive a full refund or to change your book to a different date. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or change the date of any tours you placed with us.
